Walter Bressia describes this wine as “the white wine for red wine lovers” Each sip seems to reveal a different flavour, and when the bottle is done you will only want to open another to continue the discovery of all this wine has to offer. The most complex white wine in Bressia portfolio and most limited as well, with a small production of less than 2,100 bottles.
Eyes: It is an intense greenish-yellow wine with luminous golden highlights.
Nose: Subtle notes of vanilla, dulce de leche and chocolate fully integrated with tropical fruits such as quince, pineapple, banana and mango
Mouth: It's a wine that partially completed malolactic fermentation in barrel, it has a notable unctuosity and thickness on the palate that gives elegance and length.
Winemaker: Walter Bressia
Growing conditions: The grapes come from Tupungato, Valle de Uco, 1,100 meters above sea level, where the climate is cooler, and this is a white in the style of a great Burgundian.
Winemaking notes: It's fermented and aged for 14 months in new French and American oak barrels.
