A special sparkling wine from Bodega Luigi Bosca made with the Champenoise method. A careful selection of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes growing in Luigi Bosca Finca Los Nobles, Las Compuertas, Mendoza, Argentina.
Part of the wine is fermented and subsequently stored in French oak casks. Then it is bottled and left in contact with its yeasts, to further reinforce complexity.

Eyes: Luigi Bosca Bohéme - Brut Nature is a yellow sparkling wine with honey-coloured glints.

Nose: Elegant aromas of sweet fruit, white flowers and subtle hints of toasted bread on the nose.

Mouth: It has the complexity that results from being aged on lees, which adds a rich creamy quality on the palate. Fresh, mature and well structured in the mouth, it is a combination of strength and finesse, while being partly aged on French oak casks contributes character and great elegance. Delicate and highly persistent finish in the mouth.

Recommended food pairings: Oysters, sushi and lobster. However, owing to its complexity, it is best enjoyed without food.
