“Apartado” coming from the Spanish verb “apartar”, which means “that is set apart” or “set aside” from the rest. The composition of the wines varies each year depending on the best barrels of the harvest. The Apartado range represents the true richness of the vineyards in the Uco Valley.
Eyes: An intense, but silky red Malbec with purple undertones.
Nose: On the nose, complex, elegant, and floral aromas are present with diverse fruit notes.
Mouth: The mouth feel is long and complex with smooth concentration. Fruity and potent character with hints of liquorice and notes of toasty cocoa beans and coffee from the time spent in french oak. This grand Malbec stands out from the rest
with a long and unforgettable finish.

Winemaking notes: 100% Malolactic Fermentation and 100% French Oak barrels for 18 months.
