Eyes: It presents a red colour with violet hues, typical colours that Malbec grants to a blend. Limpid and bright, it shows at first sight the great concentration of this wine and its cellaring potential.
Nose: It has a complex nose which combines fruity and typical oaky aromas such as spices, coffee and chocolate.
Mouth: On the palate it has a velvety texture and juicy tannins, filling the mouth with concentrated and intense flavours that are enhanced by the ageing in oak. The finish shows its elegance, with a pleasant, harmonious and long aftertaste.
Recommended food pairings: All red meats, it goes specially well with game meats such as deer and wild boar. Filling stews, grilled lamb and pork.
Winemaker: José Pedro Gómez
